I’ve been working out at CrossFit Arena for one month and I’ve been really super happy. The programming as well as the coaching from Jun and Vartan are great. I managed to unlock my first muscle up there! They even have a class on Sundays by a weightlifting champion, which allowed me to really improve on my movements. The owners, Gokce and Max have been also really awesome, we can feel they care about every member there, even if like me, you just happened to drop for a few weeks. I would recommend this box to anyone in Bangkok!

I have been a member of this gym for ~2 years. The box, the equipment, the staff, and the coaches are splendid. They bring a lot of variation to the WODs and the Gymnastics / Weightlifting specialty classes help you become better. Great facility, great atmosphere, and what's most important, great people! Visited ARBKK with my sister during our vacation and we both felt like home right away. If you're interested in starting a new thing, continuing your fitnessing in a new location or just passing by and willing to sweat with a bunch of good people, this is your goto!

Facilities here are great for a proper CrossFit workout. The box is spacious and well-equipped with all different sizes of weights. Coaches are encouraging and give good feedback on how to improve your technique and to prevent possible injuries. Group classes are challenging and fun, and there are many classes throughout the day. It’s always a pleasure to exercise here!

I love this place. I always feel so welcome there. The people are super friendly, the location is great and the box has everything you need for an awesome sweat!!!! Big recomendation

I started coming to this gym a year ago. I always feel like home with this box! People are so friendly and motivated and wanted you to push and work more! The place is super clean and nice with lots of equipment!

Coaching here is very remarkable! I started off with several PT sessions and since then Coach Miles has motivated me substantially and introduced me to the CrossFit world! The team are so great at what they are doing! They always correct your form and make sure you do the right thing and always safe!

I always feel like this is my second home and always looking forward to come to this box!
Also, if you’re new to CrossFit they also have a great program to start you off!

Dropped in for two days during my vacation. Been to a few boxes overseas but this was by far one of the most welcoming boxes. Super friendly members and a great coach. Can only highly recommend this place

Great training, coaching and atmosphere in the gym. New equipment and conveniently close to the MRT. Coffee shop onsite with protein shakes and snacks. Clean showers and towels available also. Many pricing options for long term or just drop in. Definitely THE CrossFit Box to visit in Bangkok.

People encourage and motivate each other in every class as they work toward their goals. Start training with friends. Unlike a commercial gym, you actually get to know the people at the Box. There is always that feeling of team work. If you don't show up, not only people notice, but they call you and ask where you've been.

CrossFit trains your muscles to work together and prepare them for daily tasks by simulating common movements you might do at home, at work or in sports. While using various muscles in the upper and lower body at the same time, CrossFit exercises also emphasize core stability.

Born in Turkey. Her life is full of different sports. Her favorite was skiing before discovering CrossFit.

She parked her career in corporate life as an engineer in 2015 and now living her dream with a professional team within a warm atmosphere where you will feel home and train hard.

GROUP SESSIONS

Be motivated by others!

CROSSFIT (Strength&Conditioning) group sessions are fun, scalable and achievable for everyone, regardless of your current fitness level. We are able to cater for individuals based on your abilities, strengths and weaknesses to ensure classes are fun, challenging and rewarding.

Every session is a 60 min workout consists of; warm up, skill/strength work, wod (workout of the day) and cool down/stretching.

PRIVATE TRAINING

Tailored to your needs! Are you an unfit beginner, a fitness junkie, advanced athlete, in need of post rehab, a tri-athlete, a runner, someone with medical limitations, wanting to lose weight or just an average person wanting to improve their health and fitness? This is the perfect choice for you! Book a one-on-one coaching session with one of our coaches to work towards your goals. This can also be done in a small group environment.

BEGINNERS PROGRAM

The Foundations for Beginners Course is the required three private classes for all of our members who are new to CrossFit.

It consists of three (3) separate instructional private classes. In these classes you will learn the proper form and technique of all of the lifts and basic movements, as well as non-movement subjects such as CrossFit philosophy, recovery, goal setting, and nutrition to prepare you for success in regular classes. 

NUTRITION COACHING

One on One Nutrition coaching to help you make better choices, learn about foods and find what works for you, because every person or goal is unique and while a single diet may work temporarily it may not be the best option for you in the long run. Based on the principles of Precision Nutrition.

KIDS CLASS

Strength and Conditioning workout designed for kids 7 to 12 years old. 

They will have fun while they are PULLING, PUSHING, RUNNING, THROWING, CLIMBING, LIFTING and JUMPING.

They will play games and learn to work hard, be confident, and work well with others all while having fun!
