I've been to boxes in London, Qatar, Japan, and in the US, and this is my favorite of all the ones I've been to. I do open gym, and sometimes boxes are inflexible and limited in available times to do open gym. I was able to book online almost any time I wanted to come in. People were friendly and some jumped in with me during my METCON one day. The biggest thing that stands out though is the equipment. I really like that they have competition plates vice the thick black training plates. Overall, I was very pleased with my experience. Highly recommended for anyone who lives in Bangkok or who, like me, are just passing through. It's a good place for anyone no matter what level they're on, from Competitor to someone just trying to maintain good health

Great facility, great atmosphere, and what's most important, great people! Visited ARBKK with my sister during our vacation and we both felt like home right away. If you're interested in starting a new thing, continuing your fitnessing in a new location or just passing by and willing to sweat with a bunch of good people, this is your goto!


Arbkk welcomed us for the first day of the 2018 Open. Very friendly staff, top materials, nice and motivating atmosphere. A great place for crossfit. Showers, towels and shower gel included, which is quite helpful for travellers 👍. When we go back to Bangkok, we will certainly go there again. And many thanks to Gokce for judging the 18.1 😊


I dropped in a couple times while on business a early in December and had a great experience.

While traveling overseas the quality of Crossfit gyms can be hit or miss and I am happy to say that Arena is definately a hit.

The gym has the size and equipment of a gym you would find in the states. The workouts are also very challenging and fun. There is also a good mix of experience crossfiters and beginners. On previous trips to Bangkok I visited other gyms that were not of this caliber in facilities and coaching. If nearby I recommend trying Arena for your crossfit fix.


Dropped in for two days during my vacation. Been to a few boxes overseas but this was by far one of the most welcoming boxes. Super friendly members and a great coach. Can only highly recommend this place


Great training, coaching and atmosphere in the gym. New equipment and conveniently close to the MRT. Coffee shop onsite with protein shakes and snacks. Clean showers and towels available also. Many pricing options for long term or just drop in. Definitely THE CrossFit Box to visit in Bangkok.

CROSSFIT (Strength&Conditioning) group sessions are fun, scalable and achievable for everyone, regardless of your current fitness level. We are able to cater for individuals based on your abilities, strengths and weaknesses to ensure classes are fun, challenging and rewarding.

Every session is a 60 min workout consists of; warm up, skill/strength work, wod (workout of the day) and cool down/stretching.

How to start



The Foundations for Beginners Course is the required three private classes for all of our members who are new to CrossFit.

It consists of three (3) separate instructional private classes. In these classes you will learn the proper form and technique of all of the lifts and basic movements, as well as non-movement subjects such as CrossFit philosophy, recovery, goal setting, and nutrition to prepare you for success in regular classes. 


One on One Nutrition coaching to help you make better choices, learn about foods and find what works for you, because every person or goal is unique and while a single diet may work temporarily it may not be the best option for you in the long run. Based on the principles of Precision Nutrition.
