Why different?

One on One Nutrition coaching to help you make better choices, learn about foods and find what works for you, because every person or goal is unique and while a single diet may work temporarily it may not be the best option for you in the long run. 

Minimum monthly consultations are recommended to make sure we are on the right track to getting you the best nutrition, teaching you as much as possible, and making sure you are sticking to those healthy choices.

Goal setting

Individual nutrition needs analysis

Body measurement

* Customized nutrition plan for 4 weeks

* A list of Nutrition and health guidelines specific to the client

* Accountability program

* Monitoring and ongoing support (valid for 4 weeks post    


* 2 times Body Composition Analysis

* Combine it with functional fitness for long lasting results (either it's weight loss or learn how to eat healthy)
