You will be working one on one with our coach. The goal is to learn the nine fundamental movements of CrossFit and other accessories you need to know to perform in class. The process emphasizes proper technique and understanding the importance of scaling.
In each session, a coach will teach and demonstrate the foundational movements we use in CrossFit, as well as review your range of motion and various scales to get you moving safely. Throughout the process don't hesitate to ask the coach anything that might be related to your goal. For example, nutrition and basic lifestyle guideline will help you outside the box!
Once you are done with the fundamental sessions, you may join regular CrossFit classes and get the full CrossFit experience!
